Romain Leblanc’s Last Supper

The last supper as you can see is based on the mythical image from Leonardo Da Vinci. Each image in a different environment giving the viewer a different outlook on the tale. It can allow the representation to become more powerful or have less importance eg, The last supper in the night club. It shows a lot about certain environments we now live in as it can gives the viewer an opinion, whether positive or negative, straight away. Simple due to where it is placed before they even realise the importance or acknowledge what’s really happening. Romain really shows us how we perceive each environment differently and gives an inspiring importance to learning photographers/artists to focus on environments with their work. Also notice the absence of people, nobody is around. It’s as if the meal has ended (the emptiness of glasses) what a better way to represent presence then nothing there at all.
